Optional Analytics and Advertising Measurement

If you choose “Allow” in our privacy banner, we use two optional tools. PostHog helps us understand how anonymous visitors find products, use product filters and options, move through the cart and checkout journey, and complete purchases or newsletter subscriptions. We do not use PostHog for advertising profiles, and we do not identify visitors to PostHog in this version of the website.

The Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API help us measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads to visits and purchases, and to show relevant products to people who have visited this website. With your consent, the Meta Pixel sets first-party cookies (_fbp and _fbc) and sends Meta the pages you view, the products you view or add to your cart, and completed purchases with the order value, product identifiers, and an order reference. When you complete a purchase, our server also sends Meta the same purchase event together with your IP address, browser information, and a hashed (one-way encoded) version of your email address so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. Meta processes this information under its own Data Policy, including in the United States. You can review your ad settings at any time in your Facebook and Instagram account preferences.

Ten percent of consented sessions on eligible public browsing, product, cart, and configurator pages may be recorded as a session replay to help us diagnose usability problems. All input fields are masked. Except for the order confirmation page, checkout, authentication, account, administrative, and operations pages are excluded from analytics, the Meta Pixel, and session replay. We do not send names, email addresses, postal addresses, order notes, payment details, engraving text, or other free-form input to PostHog.

Our PostHog project uses the United States cloud service, so consented analytics data may be processed outside Canada. Analytics events and sampled replays are retained according to the retention settings in our PostHog project and only for as long as reasonably needed to understand and improve the store.

Both tools are disabled until you explicitly allow them. Your choice is kept in a first-party cookie for 180 days. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the website footer. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect the store or checkout.

Marketing Communications

We may send promotional emails or other commercial electronic messages where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in a marketing message or by contacting us. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send non-promotional messages relating to orders, accounts, customer service, legal notices, or security matters.
